how does ordering work?

select a piece, add it to the cart, and check out. every piece is one of one — once it sells, it's gone.

what payment methods are accepted?

m-pesa and card. all payments are processed at checkout — your details are not stored.

how long does local delivery take?

within nairobi, 1–3 business days. elsewhere in kenya, 3–5 business days.

do you ship internationally?

yes — by enquiry. write to us at the contact page and we'll quote shipping for your address.

can i return a piece?

because every piece is one of one, returns are reviewed case by case. write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work it out.

what about duties and taxes?

duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the piece price or shipping quote.

how do i begin a commission?

start a conversation on the contact page. spatial commissions are designed with the space they will inhabit; jewelry commissions begin with a brief.
